Post Grading Lessons

Dear all,

Grading will be held on this Sunday 14th January 2018.

After Grading, there will be no lessons for one week with the exception of Jurong Spring Community Club.

Lesson will go on as usual at Jurong Spring Community Club on 20th January 2018.

Post Grading Lessons

Grading is on 16th of April.

Post grading, the will be lesson as usual on Friday (21/04) and Saturday (22/04).

There will NOT be lessons on Tuesday (18/04) and Wednesday (19/04).

Announcements

Dear all,

1) Grading will be on 15/01 at Toa Payoh Sports Hall, please assemble at 0800hrs outside the hall for warm up and revision.

2) Please take note, there WILL BE classes after Grading as per usual.

3) On a side note, there will be a small demonstration by some of our black belts at Jurong Spring Community Centre on 08/01 at 1400hrs for their open house. Do go down and show them some support if you're free!

Sparring (Fundamental) Course on 2nd October

6 of our trainees attended the Sparring (Fundamental) Course conducted by Singapore Taekwondo Federation on 2nd October.

Through this course, they learnt basic footwork useful for sparring. Those who passed will also be exempted from the Sparring component when they go for their 1st Dan grading.

Those interested to go for courses conducted by STF, feel free to approach Peter sir to enquire.

How to get to grading location - ITE College Central.

You can take the MRT to YIO CHU KANG Station, walk to the interchange, take bus no. 72.
Drop off after 4 bus stops.
The hall is at Blk F, at the end of level4.
Please meet at Blk F level 4 at 0730am.
