UNARMED COMBAT COURSE FOR POOM BELT


An Unarmed Combat (Level 1) Course will be conducted on 7, 8, 14 and 21 March 2009 for poom belts and black belts. More details and the registration form are attached.




All Poom Belt & Black Belt Holder are strongly suggested to attend this course. Please find in the attached application form and submit to your relevant club instructor as soon as possible.
