June Holidays is around the corner, but it is not a reason for you to stop training!
Training is as usual (Wed, Fri and Sun).
On top of that, there will be additional physical training conducted on 2 chosen weekdays during the June Holiday.
It will be conducted at Woodlands Stadium, from 7.30am to 8.30am.
The agenda of this physical training is training your agility and your stamina.
Don't worry too much about you not being able to meet the expectations of this physical training because it won't be very strenous.
We shall see how's the response like this coming Friday and Sunday training.
