Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (holding blue Identity Card)
Brown belt, poom belt and black belt holders (Highest grades obtained in April 2009 or earlier).
Age Category
Young Junior (Boys and Girls) – 10 to 13 years old*
Junior (Men and Women) – 14 to 17 years old*
Senior (Men and Women) – 18 years old and above*
*Age will be based on year of tournament (Year: as from 1st Jan 2009).

Wearing of mouthguard is compulsory but optional for young junior participants.
