Grandmaster Chin Khee Shin was admitted to Tan Toh Seng Hospital last week for his knees operation and he is now currently resting at home.
Let us all hereby wishes him a speedy recovery.

About Woodlands TKD Club
WOODLANDS TKD Club", an affiliate of Singapore Taekwondo Federation, one of the branch club of PAP Leng Kee Taekwondo Club, was formed in year 1983 by Master Peter Lim Jwan Ming, presently our Chief Instructor, together with our Assistant Chief Instructor, Master Jimmy Goh. Both instructors have over 25 years of vast coaching experience.The club has been actively participating in local competitive events and won several major championships since then.

Chief Instructor Peter Lim
Founder of Woodlands TKD Club. He began his Taekwondo training since year 1979. He has several local championships under his belt and has also represented Singapore in the 4th World Taekwondo Hanmadang. Master Lim has obtained NCAP level 2 and is a NROC registered coach. In end of October year 2007, Master Lim, was appointed by Ngee Ann Polytechnic as the Chief Instructor for Ngee Ann Taekwondo Club. Today Chief Instructor Peter Lim is a activate Class 2 National Referee and serves as a committee member of the Singapore Taekwondo federation
1st Batch of Woodlands Elite Players
In year 1996, the 1st batch of Elite Players was formed by a group of young, enthusiastic and committed students of WOODLANDS TKD Club.. Just one year after the formation of the Team, we stunned the Nation with a remarkable performance in the Pesta Sukan National Taekwondo Championship (1997).
Coach / Instructor - Kelvin Loh
One of our instructors who sacrificed his time and is very committed to training the Elite players in Woodlands TKD Club since 1996. Kelvin Loh not only plays his role as a sparring coach, but also an advisor in the club. He also used to train in the Development Squad. Coach Loh has obtained NCAP Level 2 and is a Class 2 National Referee. He is still actively leading club members in participating several competitions, and has helped the club won medals in major championships.
Coach / Instructor - Lim Hui Hsien
One of our club's key figure, she is also one of the 1st Batch of Elite players, whom had brought glory to the club in several occasions. In fact, at the age of 16, she competed as a senior player for the 1st time and won a GOLD medal at 1st Yew Tee Constituency TaeKwonDo Invitational Tournament 1998. Currently Hui Hsien is 4th Dan Black Belt Holder coaching the Elite Players & she is the chief Instructor for Marsiling Zone 5 RC (Block 178 Woodlands St 13)
Coach - James Lee
The“Hero” whom started as a humble “Zero”, James Lee was one of the 1st batch of Elite Player whom is also a walking example of “Hard Work Does Payoff”. With his enormous amount of determination, sacrifice and hardship, he not only has secured several championships under his belt and also won a bronze medal in USA Taekwondo Championship during his overseas deployment.
Coach - Ronn Sng
One of PAP LENG KEE Senior Elite Player. Ronn, a 3rd Dan Black Belt holder, has numerous Championships under his belt, the most medal winner in our club and has over 12 years of comparative sparring experience. With his experience, Ronn is definitely a Crown Jewel and an Asset to the club. He remains as an activate player till date.
Instructor - Gladwin Chen
4 words to descript him; “Soft Spoken, Hard Hitting”. A man of action. Gladwin is a 1st Dan Black Black Holder, who has obtained NCAP level 1 and is a NROC registered coach. He is also an activate Class 3 National Referee. Gladwin is currently the co-chief instructor for Marsiling Zone 8 RC (Block 363 Woodland Ave 5) also an advisor for our club Elite Team. An instructor loved by members, parents, and all.
Instructor - Angel Tan
She is an Assistance Instructor for Marsiling Zone 5 RC (Block 178 Woodlands St 13); she is also a member of the Elite team, who has brought glory to our club at numerous major competition
