National Inter-School Taekwondo Championships 2010

Junior / Senior Division (Primary Schools) : 27 & 28 April 2010
B & C Divisions (Secondary Schools): 29 & 30 April 2010
A Division (Junior Colleges): 21 May 2010

Eligibility for Poomsae
Students in the Junior and Senior Division holding at least a grade 9 (white with yellow tip) certification issued or endorsed by the STF (grade obtained on or before January 2010).

Eligibility for Kyorugi (Sparring)
Students in the Junior and Senior Division holding Red, Poom or Dan certification obtained on or before January 2010 and issued or endorsed by the STF

Members who are interested to participate in the competition (Poomsae/Kyorugi) are to inform Chang Ern Chi or Lim Hui Hsien or Kelvin Loh latest by 14th March 2010.

We need the following information from you:
1) Your full name

2) Your school

3) Your class

4) The name of your PE/CCA HOD

5) The name of your principal

Please print out the registration form (according to your division), get your school endorsement and submit to your respective instructor latest by 4th April 2010.
